Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is reportedly a target for Newcastle United as they look to bolster their squad ahead of next season.

The Englishman has struggled for game time due to poor form and injuries over the past two seasons, but could now be given the chance to kickstart his career with the Magpies.

According to 90min, the 21-year-old is a target for Eddie Howe as he looks to add at least one winger to his squad.

Newcastle United are considering a move for Hudson-Odoi

Bayer Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby and Everton’s Anthony Gordon are also both believed to be targets for the club.

The report claims that Newcastle could even break their club record transfer fee to sign Diaby.

Hudson-Odoi has scored 16 goals and provided 22 assists in 126 games for the Blues at senior level, but was limited to just 11 Premier League starts last term, largely due to an achilles injury suffered in February.

The right-winger has been capped three times by England at senior level.
