Chelsea have put the wheels in motion to sign AC Milan’s star Suso according to Tutto Mercato Web.
The London club have made an impressive start to the season remaining unbeaten in their first 10 Premier League games.
Maurizio Sarri is not resting on his laurels though and is looking to add more quality to his squad in January in hope to push for the title.
Suso will be well known to Premier League fans having signed for Liverpool in 2010 and remaining on the Merseyside club’s books until 2015.
Now at AC Milan, the attacking winger is playing well and admitted he was attracting attention from other clubs in the summer.
He said: “We had several offers, four or five,”
“But the club was not willing to negotiate. I always say that I love Milan and my family is very happy.”
The Spaniard, who turns 25 next month, is yet to renew his contract with the Italian giants and Chelsea, amongst other big names across Europe, will be keen to secure his signature.
