Chelsea have reportedly shown an interest in Everton forward Anthony Gordon as they look to bolster their attacking options.

The Blues have landed Raheem Sterling this summer but have also missed out on a number of targets, including Raphinha and Ousmane Dembele.

With Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner having departed the club, Thomas Tuchel is short of attacking options and their search for reinforcements has lead them to Gordon, according to The Times.

Gordon had a goal disallowed against Aston Villa on Saturday

The report claims that the Blues have shown an interest in the Englishman, who has impressed since forcing his way into the first team.

The attacker has scored four goals and provided eight assists in 62 matches for the Toffees since making his debut back in 2017.

The player is valued by his current employers at £50 million, but it is believed that Chelsea are yet to make an official offer for the England youth international.
