Chelsea have reportedly been offered the chance to buy Gabon international striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to Sky Sports.

The Premier League champions, who finished seven points clear of second placed Tottenham Hotspur in the top-flight table last term, have been freshly linked with a mega £70m deal for the prolific Borussia Dortmund forward this summer.

The 28-year-old scored a remarkable 40 goals and provided five assists in 46 appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit last season.

Aubameyang, who joined the German side from Saint-Etienne back in 2013, has netted 120 times in just 189 games overall for Dortmund.

However, having missed out on re-signing Everton hitman Romelu Lukaku to Premier League rivals Manchester United earlier this month, The Blues have now been offered the chance to land the Gabonese star instead.

But Chelsea boss Antonio Conte must act quickly if he wishes to lure Aubameyang to Stamford Bridge, as Serie A side AC Milan and Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in the player’s signature.
