Juventus are to sign Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on loan, with a view to a permanent move, according to Sky in Italy.

The Premier League side, who preserved their 100% record in the English top-flight at the weekend after their comfortable 3-0 victory over Burnley at Stamford Bridge, are set to allow the Colombian to join the Serie A champions once again before the close of the summer transfer window tonight (11:00pm).

The 28-year-old, who has 56 international caps for his country, was loaned out to Juve last season, where he scored five goals and provided eight assists in 40 appearances in all competitions for the Italian giants.

Cuadrado, who initially joined Chelsea from fellow Serie A outfit Fiorentina back in February 2015 in a deal worth around £26.1m, has failed to feature for the Blues so far this term under new boss Antonio Conte.

The report suggests that Juventus have agreed to pay the Premier League club £4.2m to borrow him for the season, before stumping up £16.8m next summer if they want to make the deal permanent.
