Chelsea host Manchester United on Saturday in a game that could prove crucial to determining which sides finish in the Premier League’s top four this season.

Both Chelsea and United have already dropped points on four occasions each so far this season, leaving them fourth and fifth in the Premier League table respectively.

Last time out, The Blues were held to a goalless draw by Brentford in west London, extending Potter’s unbeaten start to life as the club’s manager to six games.

Armando Broja made his first ever start for the club against The Bees, but the striker has been linked with a move away from the club in the days since.

Several reports since have suggested that the Albanian is a target for AC Milan, but Fabrizio Romano has claimed that the player remains focussed on his current employers.

Rumours linking the player with a move to Milan circulated after the player’s agent was spotted with representatives of the Serie A side.

The Italian journalist claims that, while the player’s agent did meet with representatives of the Italian club recently, they were discussing other youth players.

Broja is believed to be fully focussed on Chelsea

Romano claims that Milan have admired the player for a while, but he is ‘100% focussed’ on Chelsea at present.

Broja signed a new long-term contract with Chelsea last month, keeping him at the club until 2028.

The 21-year-old has played a bit-part role for The Blues so far this season, playing just 165 minutes of Premier League football so far this term.

Last season, he scored nine goals across all competitions while on loan at Southampton, and he netted his first Chelsea goal against Wolves earlier this month.

Chelsea have beaten Milan twice in recent weeks, results that have put them in a commanding position in Group E of the Champions League.

Broja’s former teammate, Fikayo Tomori, joined AC Milan from The Blues in the summer of 2021, while fellow ex-Blues man Olivier Giroud also now plays for the club.

To date, Broja has made 12 appearances for Chelsea.
