Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham set to be offered a new £100,000-a-week contract, according to the Daily Telegraph

The 21-year-old scored a brace in the Blues’ 3-2 win away at Norwich City last weekend, but the paper report talks were set top happen before the youngster’s goals.

After signing a three-year deal back in 2017 before going on loan to Swansea, Abraham is set to double his £50,000-a-week wage.

Mason Mount has enjoyed a successful start to the season scoring two Premier League goals in three games.

The striker has been backed by new boss Frank Lampard, starting in two out of Chelsea’s three Premier League games, so far this season.

Following his loan spell with Swansea, Abraham joined Aston Villa last campaign and scored an impressive 26 Championship goals to fire the Midlands club back to the Premier League via the Play-offs.

With players such as Mason Mount, Abraham and Callum Hudson-Odoi, it’s clear Lampard wants to bring a freshness back to Chelsea.
