Chelsea battled to a hard-fought 2-1 win over Dinamo Zagreb in their final Champions League group stage game on Wednesday.

After falling behind early on, goals from Raheem Sterling and debutant Denis Zakaria put the hosts ahead at Stamford Bridge and the match finished 2-1.

The Blues now turn their attention to their match against Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday, but in the meantime there has been an update on the availability of one of their targets.

Chelsea are believed to be interested in Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and the player’s agent, Christian Emile, has now revealed just how expensive a deal could be, as reported by The Evening Standard.

“You know what’s crazy, he’s done what he’s been in doing in Russia and Europe for the past couple of years,” the player’s agent told Fabrizio Romano’s Youtube channel.

“He’s come to Napoli, he’s been brilliant, and people are talking about 100m euros.

Klopp is also believed to be an admirer of Kvaratskhelia

“For me, if he continues to perform like this till the end of the season and next season, because there’s a zero per cent chance they sell him [in January], he will reach 100m euros for sure.”

Kvaratskhelia has been in sensational form for the Serie A side this year, scoring eight goals and providing ten assists across Serie A and the Champions League.

The Georgia international, who has also believed to be a target for Liverpool, joined Napoli from Georgian side Dinamo Batumi over the summer for just under £9 million.

He was previously playing for Russian side Rubin Kazan, but he left the club following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and returned to Georgia.

Liverpool have witnessed the 21-year-old’s ability firsthand during their two group stage matches against Napoli , with the winger providing an assist as the Italian side beat The Reds 4-1 in September.

Liverpool did inflict Napoli’s first defeat of the season in any competition on Tuesday at Anfield, running out 2-0 winners, but the Italian side still topped their Champions League group ahead of Jurgen Klopp’s side.

If Napoli were to receive in the region of £86 million for Kvaratskhelia, the fee would be almost exactly ten times the amount that they themselves paid for the player during the recent transfer window.

A number of other clubs across Europe have also been linked with a move for the Napoli star.
