Chelsea are the latest top Premier League side to consider a move for La Liga star Antoine Griezmann, and are plotting to muscle into the battle between Arsenal and Manchester United for his signature, according to reports from the Daily Mail.

The Atletico Madrid forward looks destined to be on his way out of the Vincente Calderon at the end of this summer, with Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho having made him a top target, hoping to use Griezmann’s compatriot, Paul Pogba, as bait for the France international.

However, with Gunners manger Arsene Wenger also considering a move for his fellow Frenchman as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez, it will not all go Mourinho’s way.

Furthermore, the Portuguese’s former club are now getting in on the act and are believed to have shown interest in the 25-year-old, who has bagged 14 goals in all appearances for Diego Simone’s side this term.

Any deal for the winger, who bagged the Golden Boot at last summer’s European Championships, will reportedly cost the Premier League big boys at least £85m.
