Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Southampton and Swansea target set for £7.6m Russian transfer

Premier League striker Loic Remy is set to complete a January switch to Spartak Moscow, according to Vesti.

The Chelsea hitman, who has been linked with loan moves to Crystal Palace, Newcastle United, Southampton and Swansea City this January transfer window, has reportedly agreed a £7.6m deal to join the Russian giants this month.

The 29-year-old, who joined the Blues from Queens Park Rangers for a reported £10.5m back in August 2014, has scored three goals in 15 appearances in all competitions for Guus Hiddink’s side this season.

Remy, who has 31 international caps for France, is eager to gain first-team football ahead of this summer’s 2016 UEFA European Championships.
