Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond has reportedly emerged as a January transfer target for Crystal Palace.

The Premier League club, who lost 3-0 to defending champions Chelsea on Sunday, have identified the England Under-21 international as an ideal signing as the Eagles look to reinforce their attacking options this month.

The 21-year-old, who joined the Canaries for an initial £2m from Birmingham City in the summer of 2013, has scored four goals and assisted a further strike in 19 league games for Alex Neil’s side so far this season.

Redmond, who is yet to earn his first call-up to the England senior squad, has impressed enough during the first-half of the campaign to alert Palace boss Alan Pardew to his services this New Year.
