Manchester United and Arsenal target Dimitri Payet could be available for as little as £15m next summer, according to The Times.

The Premier League duo, who face Stoke City and Tottenham respectively in the English top-flight this weekend, have been linked with the West Ham United midfielder during past transfer windows.

The 29-year-old, who has 32 international caps for France and starred for his country at Euro 2016 earlier this summer, has scored two goals and provided seven assists in 15 appearances in all competitions for the Hammers so far this season.

Payet; who netted 15 times for Slaven Bilic’s side during his debut term at West Ham last year, is the highest paid player at the London Stadium, earning around £125,000-a-week.

However, the report suggests that the Frenchman has a clause in his current contract would would be triggered if the Hammers get relegated this campaign, meaning the former Marseille star would be available for just £15m.
