Premier League strugglers Swansea moved out of the bottom three courtesy of a 1-0 win over a lethargic Everton side on Saturday.

Paul Clement’s men saw fourth-bottom Hull slump to a surprise 2-0 defeat at home to already-relegated Sunderland prior to kick-off, and knew victory would take them out of the relegation zone with just two games of the campaign remaining.

And they did just that thanks to Fernando Llorente’s first half header, and although the Toffees tried to get back into the contest in the second period, the home side held on for a deserved three points.

Overall though, Ronald Koeman’s Everton were poor and did little to suggest that they can break into the top six come the end of the season, and it was a performance which struck of a team with little to play in the next few weeks.

And it was a display which didn’t go down well on social media, with several fans blasting certain individuals for their efforts in South Wales on Saturday, and thus calling for a mass clear-out this summer…
