It seems not a day goes by without Romelu Lukaku being linked with a summer move out of Goodison Park as the Everton’s striker’s days at the club appear increasingly numbered. 

The latest report in the Telegraph suggests the Belgium international could be set for a return to Stamford Bridge with a move to Chelsea now seemingly more likely than a transfer to Manchester United who are the other club reported to be interested in Lukaku’s services.

Lukaku moved to Chelsea from Anderlecht in 2011 but failed to force his way into the first team, spending loan spells at West Bromwich Albion and Everton before making the Toffees deal permanent for a club record fee.

Ronald Koeman will know that with two years left on his contract, this summer will give them the best chance of receiving the biggest transfer fee for the 23 year-old with figures as high as £100 million being suggested.
