Name: Romelu Lukaku
Despite Everton enduring a rollercoaster, topsy-turvy and inconsistent 2015-16 campaign so far; there is one thing that has been continually been present in the Toffee’s performances this term, the goalscoring form of star striker Romelu Lukaku.
There is almost no doubts whatsoever about who will finish as the club’s top goalscorer come May – with the 22-year-old already ten goals ahead of second-placed Ross Barkley in the table.
The Belgium international, who has 42 caps to his name and is set to star for his country at the 2016 European Championships in France later this summer, has netted an impressive 18 times in 28 games for Roberto Martinez’s men.
Only England and Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy (19) has score more in the English top-flight so far this term, who could eventually pip him to the Premier League’s Golden Boot award.
Lukaku, who is Everton’s club-record signing after arriving from defending league champions Chelsea back in July 2014 for a reported £28m, has now scored a remarkable 59 goals in 116 matches for the Toffees.
