Gary Neville labelled Manchester United front three an ‘absolute joke’ during draw with Sheffield United, whilst speaking on SkySports Super Sunday.

Man United and Sheffield United played out a dramatic and entertaining 3-3 draw, which no football fan could see coming with an hour played.

In the first 60 minutes of the match, the home side absolutely dominated Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side and deservedly found themselves 2-0 up.

New recruit Daniel James was one of the players Neville was critical of this afternoon.

This promoted former Man United defender and SkySports pundit Gary Neville to say harsh words about United’s front three.

Saying:

‘The lack of from movement from Martial, Rashford and James is a joke, it really is an absolute joke. All game. Nothing at all from them.

‘Manchester United’s midfield is poor but you expect better from that front three. If you asked Chris Wilder to swap McGoldrick and Mousset for Martial and Rashford, he would say no.”

Neville was referring to Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Daniel James, before they ‘came to life’ in a mad seven minutes where United notched three goals.
