23-year-old attacker Hakim Ziyech made the move to Ajax in the summer from FC Twente, and he has continued his excellent form at the Dutch giants this season.

The Moroccan international has netted seven goals and laid on six assists in 20 appearances for the Europa League side, although has scored just once in his last six games.

The young attacker is one of the most talented youngsters in the Eredivisie, and is renowned for his excellent free-kick ability, which could be an invaluable asset to Pochettino’s Spurs.

Tottenham don’t have much depth in the attacking areas and, given their record of fast-tracking through young talent, Ziyech may be worth a look during the African Cup of Nations next month.
