Inter Milan considering £35m offer for Liverpool winger Sadio Mane

Inter Milan are reportedly weighing up a £35m offer for Senegal international forward Sadio Mane, according to the Express.

The Serie A side, who finished seventh in the Italian top-flight standings last term, almost 30 points adrift of defending champions Juventus, have been linked with a summer swoop for the Liverpool winger ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

The 25-year-old, who has 45 international caps for his country, scored 13 goals and provided eight assists in 29 appearances in all competitions for The Reds last season.

Mane, who arrived at Anfield back in June 2016 following his reported £34m switch from Premier League rivals Southampton, had his debut term at Liverpool hampered by a knee ligament injury.

However, after making his comeback during The Reds’ 3-0 pre-season win against Hertha Berlin at the weekend, the report suggests Inter are ready to make a move for their long-term transfer target, with a £35m bid being quoted.
