Inter Milan ready to offload Liverpool target for just £19m

Liverpool could reportedly complete a marquee deadline day signing in the form of Argentina international Mauro Icardi, according to Sportmediaset.

The Premier League side, who drew 0-0 with West Ham United in the FA Cup at the weekend, have been linked with a move for the Inter Milan striker in recent transfer windows.

However the report suggests that the Serie A giants are now willing to offload Icardi for just £19m on transfer deadline day.

The 22-year-old, who has reportedly fallen out with Inter boss Roberto Mancini, has scored eight goals in 19 league appearances for the Italian outfit this season.
