Jadon Sancho could leave Borussia Dortmund for Manchester United as early as January, according to the Independent

It’s been a testing season so far for both Dortmund and the winger on and off the pitch.

The Bundesliga side find themselves sitting in 6th place in the league table, already five points off the top sport held currently by Borussia Monchengladbach.

A disappointing season has been made worse for 19-year-old winger Sancho, having been publicly dropped from a match day squad after returning late from international duty in October and then substituted just 36 minutes into Dortmund’s 4-0 defeat to Bayern Munich earlier this month.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has kept Sancho on his radar.

Sancho again didn’t make the starting eleven in this week’s Champions League tie away at Barcelona, but seemed to prove a point by coming off the bench to score a goal in his side’s 3-1 loss.

The Independent are now reporting that the England international could leave as early as January, with both Manchester United and Liverpool keen to secure his signature.
