Manchester United could make an audacious attempt to sign Brazil international superstar Neymar this summer, according to the Daily Star.
The Premier League side, who terrifically came back from two goals down to defeat arch rivals Manchester City 3-2 at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday evening, have been linked with the Paris Saint-Germain forward, should the French giants make moves for Red Devils duo Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba.
Neymar, 26, who has 83 international caps for his country, has scored a remarkable 29 goals and provided 19 assists in 30 appearances in all competitions for the Ligue 1 leaders so far this season.
The left winger, who arrived at the Parc des Princes back in August 2017 following his world record £200m transfer from FC Barcelona, is understood to not have completely settled in the French capital following his summer switch.
The report claims United manager Jose Mourinho will look to sign the Samba star, should PSG follow up reported interest in forward Martial, 22, and midfielder Pogba, 25, at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
United could part with both players, and £50m, in order to lure Neymar to Old Trafford next term.
