Juventus line up an incredible £150million bid for Liverpool centre back Virgil van Dijk hoping the defender will be looking for a new challenge, according to The Sun. 

Securing the best defender in the world, is no easy feat but Juventus believe £150million would be enough to lure the Dutchman away from Anfield.

The Sun have reported that the Old Lady are hopeful Van Dijk will be looking for a fresh challenge come the summer, having already won the Champions League and more than likely securing a Premier League title.

Ronaldo would hope is club Juventus could secure a defender of Van Dijk’s stature.

Liverpool understandably will be very reluctant to sell their talismanic defender and club captain, who has been in sensational form since arriving from Southampton.

Van Dijk was named the Premier League Player of the Year last campaign and finished second in the Ballon D’Or rankings behind Lionel Messi.
