If Liverpool want to bring in a striker with a proven record of scoring goals, they need look no further than Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik.

The Polish international has been scoring goals for fun since arriving at the Italian club in the summer – he’s netted seven times in nine games for the club, including a brace in their 2-1 win at Dynamo Kiev in the UEFA Champions League.

His big money move to Italy came off the back of an excellent few years at Ajax, where he netted 37 goals across two seasons for the Dutch giants.

It’s clear that Milik doesn’t shirk from a challenge, and his move to Italy suggests that he can transfer his ability straight from one league to another.

The Polish striker will help lead the line alongside Robert Lewandowski against Denmark and Armenia this week, and members of the Liverpool management team should be in attendance to see if Milik can continue his excellent run of form.
