Manager of the Month: Graham Westley (Peterborough)

Westley led the Posh to four wins from four in November, a run that has seen his side edge into the play-off places. It has been the manner of the victories that has been particularly impressive, with the London Road outfit scoring 14 league goals and conceding just four. They began the month with a 3-0 triumph at high-flying Burton in the FA Cup, before following that up with a 2-1 success over Fleetwood, 5-1 thrashing of Crewe, 3-2 home victory over Barnsley and a convincing 4-0 win over Scunthorpe.

Player of the Month: Jermaine Anderson (Peterborough)

Having only scored one league goal in his first 48 appearances for Posh, Anderson has netted four in his last five league games, plus one in the FA Cup. His sudden burst of scoring form has led manager Graham Westley to tip him to follow in the footsteps of former England U18 team-mate, Dele Alli. The young midfielder struck in the FA Cup win at Burton, and followed this up with the winner against Fleetwood. He then got a brace in the rout of Crewe and his performances have helped elevate Posh into the final play-off spot.
