Bottom club Dagenham and Redbridge kept their slim chances of survival alive with a 2-1 home victory over Morecambe.

Joss Labadie and Jamie Cureton were on target for the hosts who held on for a valuable three points despite Tom Barkhuizen’s second half strike for the Shrimps. The Daggers are still at the foot of the table though, and are 11 points from safety with seven matches left to play.

22nd-placed Stevenage played host to Yeovil with the game ending in a 0-0 draw. The Glovers’ recent good form has seen them move away from trouble, but Darren Sarll’s side remain in danger, just one place above the relegation zone. However, they are 10 points above York City.

Carlisle moved closer to a top-seven finish with a 1-0 win over Hartlepool. Hallam Hope scored the game’s only goal as the Cumbrians move up to eighth and to within a point of the play-offs. After flirting with relegation earlier in the campaign, Pool could be mathematically safe after the matches at the weekend.
