Leicester City transfer target Ahmed Musa has revealed that he would love to play for Premier League rivals Arsenal, according to Championat (via The Sun).

The 23-year-old, who has 56 international caps for Nigeria and captains his country, has scored 11 goals and provided three assists in 30 appearances for Russian Premier Liga outfit CSKA Moscow so far this season.

Musa, who was linked with a £19m move to the Foxes during the previous January transfer window, told Championat that he dreams of playing under Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.

“[Interest from clubs?] What club? I do not care!”, admitted Musa.

“I cannot sit on the bench. So I will have to go to the Premier League club that will believe in me.

“I would be happy if I was wanted by Arsenal. I have supported the team since the age of six. Nwankwo Kanu has been my idol since childhood. It will be fantastic to play for Arsenal.

“I will not hide it – Leicester actually came to our club. But I repeat that I want to finish the season with CSKA to help them to win a championship, and then think about changing team.”

Forward Musa, who has a £23m release clause, could also still be of interest to fellow Premier League rivals Manchester United and Southampton according to the reports.
