Leicester City City have completed the signing of Nigeria international forward Ahmed Musa for a club-record fee of a reported £16m, according to BBC Sport.

The Premier League side, who finished ten points clear of second-placed Arsenal in the English top-flight standings last term to miraculously lift the title, have been heavily linked with a summer swoop for the CSKA Moscow striker.

The 23-year-old, who has 58 international caps for his country, scored 18 goals and provided six assists in 44 appearances for the Russian Premier Liga outfit last season.

Musa, who has signed a four-year deal at the King Power Stadium, joins the Foxes having won the Russian title with CSKA last term.

Despite fellow interest from Premier League rivals Southampton, West Ham United and Everton, Claudio Ranieri’s side have made the Nigerian ace their fourth summer signing following the arrivals of goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler, defender Luis Hernandez and midfielder Nampalys Mendy.
