Leicester City are reportedly considering a €13m bid for Peru international winger André Carrillo.
The surprise Premier League leaders, who defeated struggling Swansea City 3-0 last weekend, are understood to be plotting a move for the Sporting Lisbon star during next month’s transfer window.
The 24-year-old, who has 29 international caps to his name, has scored one goal in seven appearances in all competitions for the Liga NOS outfit so far this season.
Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri was understood to be keen on bringing Carrillo to the King Power Stadium in the summer, however any potential deal collapsed and the club settled for the loan signing of Swansea’s Nathan Dyer instead.
However the Italian manager is set to renew his interest in the Peru star in January with a firm bid of around €13m (£9.38m) for the forward.
