Leicester swoop in on Chelsea target

Leicester City have reportedly entered the race to sign Chilean ace Charles Aranguiz.

It is understood that the Foxes have tabled a €15m bid for the Internacional winger, who is also attracting interest from Bayer Leverkusen, Marseille and Premier League rivals Chelsea.

The 26-year-old, who starred for the Copa America champions earlier this month, has scored six goals in 36 appearances for the Brazilian outfit since joining the club last year.

Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri is eager to replace Esteban Cambiasso after the Argentine midfielder turned down a new contract at the club last week, with Aranguiz now believed to be his prime target.
