Liverpool return to Premier League action when they face Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon.

The Reds lifted the Carabao Cup last weekend with an extra-time victory over Chelsea, and followed that triumph up with a 3-0 win over Southampton in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Wednesday evening.

Jurgen Klopp will be keen for his side to maintain their lead at the top of the league table, with the Reds currently on course for a quadruple this term.

With Klopp set to depart Anfield at the end of the season, this summer is set to be one of significant change.

As well as the manager, several fringe players could depart Liverpool, and Football Insider reports that the Merseyside outfit could look to sign a new goalkeeper if Caoimhin Kelleher leaves.

Kelleher produced a sublime performance against Chelsea last weekend

The Irishman produced a number of fine saves during Liverpool’s win over Chelsea at Wembley last weekend, and also impressed during their midweek victory over Saints.

Kelleher, 25, has been involved in the first team setup at Anfield for several seasons but has only made 38 appearances for the club at senior level, the majority of which have been in domestic cup competitions.

The Republic of Ireland international has been linked with a move away from Liverpool this summer, and the report claims that he is vlued by his current employers at around £20 million.

During the recent January transfer window, the Reds rejected a £15 million bid from fellow Premier League side Nottingham Forest.

It is also claimed that the player himself is set to make up his mind about his future this summer, but if he does leave then Liverpool will look to sign a replacement.

Third choice ‘keeper, Adrian, is set to be out of contract at the end of the current campaign and is expected to leave the club having not made a single appearance so far this term.
