West Ham continued their fine form under David Moyes on Sunday, as the Hammers battled to a shock 3-2 victory over Liverpool at the London Stadium.

The result, West Ham’s seventh win of the season, was enough to leapfrog the Reds into third in the Premier League table ahead of the upcoming international break.

The Hammers took an early lead through an Alisson own goal, before Trent Alexander-Arnold’s superb free-kick levelled things up.

In the second half, however, the hosts raced into a 3-1 lead courtesy of goals from Kurt Zouma and Pablo Fornals, before a late Divock Origi goal threatened their lead.

They ultimately had on, however, and go into the international break as one of the division’s most in-form sides.

Now, it appears that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has taken notice of one of the Hammers’ stars, and could make a move for the player next summer.

As per The Mirror, Klopp is a big fan of winger Jarod Bowen, who shone in the game on Sunday.

Bowen set up teammate Pablo Fornals for West Ham’s third goal on Sunday

The Englishman set up both Zouma and Fornals’ goals, proving his ability in front of Klopp, who had previously admitted his admiration for the player.

“I like Bowen a lot,” the German said in his pre-match press conference.

“He made his way up from Hull and took not too long to show exactly what kind of player he can be in the Premier League. He made big steps.”

Bowen confirmed that Klopp was correct to identify him as a star, with two assists in West Ham’s memorable victory.

Despite Liverpool’s interest in the player, Reds fans may have to wait until next summer for the club to make an offer, with the report suggesting that they won’t make a move in January.

The Merseyside club could be looking for attacking replacements sooner rather than later, however, with the likes of Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane likely nearing the end of their stints with the club.

Mohamed Salah, meanwhile, is yet to commit his future to the club, which will worry the club’s supporters.
