Hull City have reportedly slapped a £12m price tag on reported Liverpool target Andrew Robertson, according to the Mirror.

The newly promoted Premier League side, who defeated Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 in the Championship play-off final at Wembley Stadium last month, are eager not to lose their star left-back ahead of the Tigers’ return to the English top-flight this summer.

The 22-year-old, who has 10 international caps for Scotland, scored four goals and provided five assists in 52 appearances in all competitions for Steve Bruce’s side last season.

Robertson, who arrived at the KC Stadium from Dundee United back in 2014 in a deal worth around £3m, has re-emerged as a transfer target for Jurgen Klopp’s outfit after the Reds have seemingly failed in their £7m pursuit of Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell.

The report also suggests that Hull boss Bruce would look to replace the Scot with Republic of Ireland and Norwich City ace Robbie Brady.
