Liverpool have reportedly been linked with a summer swoop for Brazil international Lucas Moura, according to Mercato 365 (via Liverpool Kop).

The Premier League side, who currently sit ninth in the English top-flight standings respectively following last weekend’s 3-2 defeat to the hands of Southampton at St Mary’s Stadium, were also linked with a move for the Paris Saint-Germain forward during the previous January transfer window.

The 23-year-old, who has 33 international caps for his country, has scored an impressive ten goals and provided four assists in 44 appearances in all competitions for the already crowned Ligue 1 champions so far this season.

Moura, who is thought to be rated at around the £30m mark, was understood to be watched by Reds scouts during PSG’s recent 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge when Laurent Blanc’s men knocked Chelsea out of the UEFA Champions League.

The rapid winger has netted 23 goals in 158 games for PSG since arriving from Sao Paulo back in August 2012.
