Fulham reportedly want Moussa Dembele to return to the club on loan for the remainder of the season if they sell their prized asset this month, according to the London Evening Standard.

The Championship side, who currently lie just four points above the relegation zone, are understood to be in talks with Premier League outfit Tottenham over the sale of the striker.

The 19-year-old, who is a France Under-20 international, has scored 11 goals in 28 appearances in all competitions for the Cottagers this season.

Dembele, whose contract at Craven Cottage expires this summer, has also attracted interest from the likes of Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Wolfsburg, Monaco and Roma.

Fulham are thought to want £6m for Dembele during the January transfer window, with Spurs thinking about offering a young first-team fringe player as part of the deal.
