Liverpool star makes audacious request to teammate ahead of Bundesliga move

Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has already asked teammate Thiago Alcantara about using his Munich house if he secures a move to Bundesliga champions Bayern. 

The Senegal international has reportedly decided he wishes to leave Anfield this summer in search of a new challenge, and Bayern have emerged as the most likely destination for the player.

The German side have already had a £25 million bid rejected for the player, who is set to enter into the final 12 months of his contract this summer.

It appears that he has already started planning for life in Munich, though, as he has discussed living arrangements with Reds teammate Thiago.

As per The Daily Mail, Mane has enquired about the possibility of living in Thiago’s flat in the German city.

Mane looks set to leave Liverpool this summer

The Spanish midfielder spent seven seasons with Bayern, winning the Bundesliga title on each occasion, before departing in 2020 having won the Champions League in his final season.

Mane is now keen on living in the player’s house, though, as he looks to prepare for life in Germany.

The Liverpool star joked over the weekend about his future, stating that he would do what the people of Senegal wished, with ’60 to 70 per cent’ of them wanting him to leave Liverpool.

He has since clarified his comments, claiming that he was joking and has admiration for his current employers.
