Liverpool’s pursuit of a place in the Premier League’s top four took a huge blow as they were beaten 1-0 by Bournemouth on Saturday.

Phillip Billing’s first half goal proved enough for The Cherries, who moved off the bottom of the table with the victory.

Liverpool, meanwhile, remained fifth in the table but dropped down to sixth when Newcastle United beat Wolves 2-1 on Sunday.

Jurgen Klopp’s side could look quite different next season with a number of players facing uncertain futures at Anfield, including Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

One player that will certainly be leaving the club is Roberto Firmino, who will end his stay with The Reds when his current contract expires this summer.

Now, it appears that the striker has already had clubs interested in securing his services this summer, with one offering a lucrative move.

As per Football Insider, the Brazil international is set to receive a ‘huge offer’ from an unnamed Saudi Arabian club.

It is claimed that the Middle Eastern club are hoping to beat a number of top European sides to the striker’s signature.

Firmino is set to depart Anfield at the end of the current season

The 31-year-old has reportedly attracted interest from several clubs from across Europe, including Italian side Inter Milan and Spanish La Liga leaders Barcelona.

The Brazilian joined Liverpool from German side Hoffenheim back in 2015 and has since scored 108 goals in 355 appearances for the club across all competitions.

During that time, Firmino has won seven trophies including the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup.

It has previously been revealed that the forward refused to hold talks with other clubs before he had decided upon his future, but the striker will now be considering the options available to him.

A potential move to the MLS has also been rumoured, but it is unclear what the player’s preference will be.
