Jurgen Klopp will take charge of his last Liverpool match when the Reds face Wolves on Sunday afternoon.

The German is leaving his role at Anfield this summer, ending a nine-year spell in charge of the club.

Klopp has guided his side to eight trophies during his time on Merseyside, including the Premier League and Champions League.

With Arne Slot set to replace Klopp, those in charge of Liverpool’s recruitment are looking ahead to the upcoming transfer window.

According to French outlet Nice-Matin via The Mirror, Liverpool target Khephren Thuram could be available at a low price this summer.

Thuram could be available this summer

The report claims that Nice could be willing to cash in on the central midfielder this summer as he enters the final year of his contract, suggesting that an offer in the region of £13 million could be enough to lure the player to England.

Thuram, 23, joined Nice from fellow French side Monaco in 2019 and has since made a total of 166 appearances for his current side across all competitions.

This season he has played 28 times, playing a key role for Francesco Farioli’s side who currently sit fifth in the French top flight.

At international level, Thuram has been capped once by France at senior level, having represented his country at every youth level.

The Frenchman was linked with a move to Anfield last summer, before the Reds eventually signed Wataru Endo from German side Stuttgart as part of an overhaul of their midfield.

Thuram could become the first signing of the post-Klopp era at Anfield, with Liverpool likely to move quickly with the aim of securing a cut-price deal for the midfielder.
