26 November 2014 - UEFA Champions League - Bayer Leverkusen v Monaco Yannick Ferreira Carrasco (Monaco) walks away from Bernd Leno (Leverkusen) as he handles the ball.

Leno is a highly-rated German goalkeeper

Jurgen Klopp has only been at Liverpool for a short space of time but he’s already won fans and players over with his charismatic charm. Two wins at Chelsea and Manchester City have made everyone believe and, despite the odd setback, the Reds look real contenders for a top-four finish.

Ninth in the table as it stands, Klopp has a favourable Christmas schedule and, if the forwards can all stay fit, Anfield will be singing along to the Champions League music come September.

Simon Mignolet’s performances have been questionable however, and with a wealth of players ready to jump at the chance to play for the boss, the Belgian could find himself looking for a new team. Twenty-three-year-old German goalkeeper Bernd Leno, 23, would be an ideal candidate for Klopp and the highly rated shot-stopper would be a great addition for the Merseyside club.
