Liverpool’s star man Mohammed Salah’s return to action is ‘unclear’ after ankle injury, according to Sky Sports News.
The much-loved forward picked up the injury during Liverpool’s top of the table clash against Manchester City last Sunday, and had to go off in the 87th minute.
Despite the Reds coming away with a monumental 3-1 win against the current Premier League champions, fans of the club will be concerned with the latest update.
The ankle problem has forced Salah to pull out of the Egypt squad during this international week, missing out on games against Kenya and Comoros.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will be desperate to see one of his key players return to the pitch as soon as possible, with the goal-scorer appearing in all 38 of Liverpool’s league games last season.
