Man City consider shock £3m move for League One ace

Manchester City are reportedly plotting a surprise January swoop for League One gem Che Adams.

The Premier League side, who lost 2-1 at Everton in their League Cup semi-final first-leg last night, have been scouting the Sheffield United striker this campaign.

The 19-year-old, who is an England Under-20 international, has scored six league goals in 16 games for the League One outfit so far this season.

Adams, who joined the Blades from non-league Ilkeston back in November 2014, is thought to be rated at around £3m by United.
