Man City eye ANOTHER central midfielder

Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing Argentina international Ever Banega.

The Premier League outfit, who currently sit level on points with Arsenal at the top of the standings, were impressed by the Sevilla midfielder’s performance during their UEFA Champions League tie earlier this month.

The 27-year-old, who has 36 international caps to his name, has scored three goals in eight appearances for the La Liga outfit so far this season in all competitions.

Despite already boosting a strong looking central midfield in the likes of Yaya Toure, Fernandinho, Fernando, Fabian Delph and Samir Nasri; Citizens boss Manuel Pellegrini is keen on a January swoop for Banega during the New Year period.
