Manchester City have reportedly joined Arsenal in the race to sign Poland international Grzegorz Krychowiak.
The Premier League outfit, who defeated the midfielder’s side Sevilla 2-1 in the Champions League on Wednesday night, are weighing up a January move for the defensive ace.
The 25-year-old, who has 30 international caps to his name, has made 11 appearances in all competitions for the Spanish outfit so far this season.
Krychowiak, who lifted last term’s Europa League with Sevilla, has been monitored by Premier League rivals Arsenal for the past 18 months without the Gunners making a formal offer.
The Poland star, who was the club’s only player to be included in La Liga 2014-15 Team of the Season, is said to have a buy-out clause of around €30m.
