Manchester City are reportedly keeping close tabs on 17-year-old Premier League starlet Reece Oxford, according to The Sun.

The Premier League giants, who lie just one point behind joint leaders Arsenal and Leicester City, have been scouting the West Ham United defender in recent Under-21 fixtures.

The 17-year-old, who became the club’s youngster ever player earlier in the season when he made his first-team debut against FC Lustianos, has made eight appearances for the Hammers this campaign.

However Oxford, who is also attracting interest from Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United, has been restricted to just three substitute appearances since making his last start against Leicester back in August.
