Man City outcast, Wilfried Bony, has been spotted at Stoke City’s training ground ahead of a Deadline Day loan move to the Potters, according to Sky Sports.

The 27-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at The Etihad under new manager, Pep Guardiola, and hinted at a move via Twitter on the morning of Deadline Day.

The former Swansea striker made the move to Manchester in 2014 for a fee of £28m but failed to replicate the form he showed in Wales, only managing 11 goals in 46 appearances for The Sky Blues.

Mark Hughes’ side will reportedly pay a £2m loan fee to bring the striker in, whilst also covering all of his his £120k-a-week wage.

The Ivory Coast international has also been linked with a move to Premier League rivals, West Ham this summer, as Guardiola continues his overhaul during his first season in English football, with ‘keeper Joe Hart the most high profile victim.
