Manchester United’s FA Cup semi-final against Championship side Coventry City will take place on 21 April.

The Red Devils defeated rivals Liverpool 4-3 after extra-time in the quarter-finals, setting up a meeting with the Sky Blues at Wembley for a place in the final.

Erik ten Hag’s side will undoubtedly go into the game as strong favourites, but the second tier side will hope to cause an upset.

In the meantime, it appears that United could be looking to sign a player from the Championship.

According to 90min, the Manchester club are eyeing a move for highly-rated Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

The 25-year-old is having a fantastic season for the Foxes, but his performances haven’t gone unnoticed and the report claims that United are interested in signing him this summer.

Dewsbury-Hall has been one of the standout performers in the Championship this term

Dewsbury-Hall is a product of Leicester’s youth academy and has previously spent time on loan at both Blackpool and Luton Town.

In total he has made 121 appearances for the Foxes across all competitions, scoring 15 goals and providing 18 assists.

This season he has been particularly impressive, netting ten times and registering 13 assists to help put Leicester firmly in the frame for promotion back to the Premier League at the first time of asking.

The report claims that Leicester, who were charged with breaches of the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules this week, could be forced to sell key players if they fail to achieve promotion.

At present the Foxes sit second in the table, having surrendered a 16-point lead over Leeds United in fewer than 70 days.

It is also claimed that the Englishman could be available for just £25 million, although United would face competition from top flight rivals Brighton and Hove Albion if the player was made available.
