Manchester United are reportedly keeping tabs on Leeds United left-back Charlie Taylor.

With Luke Shaw suffering a double fracture of his leg against PSV on Tuesday, Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal has been left short of options in that position, and could move for the highly-rated youngster in January.

The 21-year-old has played every minute for the Whites so far this term, and is understood to being watched by a number of Premier League clubs, but the Reds are ready to steal a march on the other potential suitors with a £4m bid in the winter transfer window.

The former England Under-19 international has made 37 appearances in all competitions for the team from Elland Road, scoring two goals.
