Manchester United are keeping tabs on Red Bull Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko, according to reports.

Fabrizio Romano claims that The Red Devils are monitoring the Slovenian striker’s situation, although no official offer has yet been made.

Last season, Sesko scored ten goals and provided seven assists across all competitions for Salzburg, who retained their top flight title.

Romano claims that United consider the 19-year-old to be ‘really talented’, having watched him for a while now.

Sesto is highly-rated across Europe

Sesko is contracted to his current side until the summer of 2026, which means that Salzburg are under very little pressure to sell the player.

New manager Erik ten Hag has plenty to ponder ahead of the upcoming season, with current striker Anthony Martial having impressed during pre-season.

The Frenchman’s United career looked to be all but over last term, but he may have given himself the chance to impress his new boss by scoring in each of United’s first three pre-season fixtures.
