Man United, Chelsea and Arsenal are all considering a January move for Benfica starlet, Goncalo Guedes according to reports from Portuguese outlet A BOLA (via talkSport).

The 19-year-old, who has made 52 appearances for the Benfica first team – scoring five and setting up 13, has attracted interest from the Premier League big boys, who have all reportedly enquired about his availability.

The Red Devils, however, have gone one step further than their Premier League rivals, and have sent scouts over to Southern Europe to cast their eyes over the youngster.

Should the likes of Mourinho, Conte or Wenger want to land the versatile attacking midfielder, who can play on either flank or through the middle, then they will have to meet his whopping £53m release clause.

It could well be worth it though, with the Portugal U21 international having been compared to his compatriot and European Champion, Cristiano Ronaldo, who made the move from his home country to Man United in 2003.
