Man United to make shock move for Wales international

Manchester United are reportedly ready to make a shock move for Charlton Athletic left-back Morgan Fox.

Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal is looking to sign a replacement for Luke Shaw, who is set to be sidelined for around six months, and could launch a bid for the 22-year-old in January.

The Addicks defender has been a regular for the Championship outfit this term, and the South Londoners are ready to offer the Chelmsford-born player a new deal to ward off the interest from the current Premier League leaders.

Fox, who was named in the Wales squad for their qualifiers earlier this month, has made 10 appearances in all competitions in the 2015-16 season, scoring one goal.
