Man Utd bidding to pinch 16-year-old starlet from Premier League rivals

Manchester United are reportedly trying to recruit Chelsea gem Domingos Quina, according to The Sun.

The 13-time Premier League champions, who visit Derby County tonight in the fourth-round of the FA Cup, are keen on bringing one of Europe’s most highly-rated youngsters to Old Trafford under the noses of their rivals.

The 16-year-old, who is a Portugal Under-17 international, has been with the Blues since he left Benfica when he was 13.

Quina, a central midfielder, could help United shake off their criticism for failing to bring through any of their young academy stars from home or abroad to the first-team fold.
